Flip MB is a conscious movement brand dedicated to guiding individuals back to their breath, body, and inner wisdom. Founded on the belief that growth is not about becoming someone new — but returning to what’s always been within — our work centers around embodied presence, transformation, and simplicity.

Through intentional practices of mobility, mindful flow, breathwork, and stillness, Flip MB offers tools for everyday resilience, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. About me

My name is Felipe, and I teach movement not just as exercise, but as a path home—to strength, to stillness, to self.

My own journey began with injury, uncertainty, and the quiet ache for something deeper. What started as a search for physical healing evolved into a lifelong exploration of breath, movement, and the power of conscious presence. Through yoga, stretching, and embodied practices, I discovered something profound: transformation doesn’t happen in the future—it begins with awareness, right here in the body.

That’s what I share now.

Whether guiding you through a vinyasa flow, teaching the art of release in yin, or introducing powerful frameworks in The Zone workshop, my mission is the same:
To help you move with purpose, breathe with depth, and evolve with clarity.

I believe movement is medicine. Breath is a bridge. And the body holds wisdom we’ve forgotten how to hear. My work is about remembering that. Together, we learn to listen again.
